Canning Tomatoes & Pickling Cucumbers
Reserve Paste Tomatoes

Tomatoes are ready starting around late July. These will be mostly paste tomatoes (including a few of our favorites - Roma, San Marzano, Amish Paste), though you may have round tomatoes in your bushel as well.
Orders are fulfilled on a "first come first served" basis. We will contact you via email when your bushel is ready for pick up. Pick up is on our farm, located south of Farmington, Minnesota. Cost is $50 per bushel (approximately 52 pounds).
We will collect payment upon pick up. Cash is preferred, but we can take Venmo or run a card as well.
Reserve Pickling Cucumbers

Cucumbers are ready starting around mid-late July, and we expect to harvest through August.
Orders are fulfilled on a "first come first serve" basis. We will contact you via email when your cucumbers are ready for pick up. Pick up is on our farm, located south of Farmington, Minnesota. Cost is $3 per pound. At this time, we cannot accommodate full bushels at once.
We will collect payment upon pick up. Cash is preferred, but we can take Venmo or run a card as well.
